Grace Osinde is USDI’s award winning Human Resource and Administration manager with a proven track record in developing and implementing effective HR strategies; adept at talent acquisition, employee relations and policy development. Grace has very strong organizational and leadership abilities to streamline administrative processes and optimize team performance. Her extraordinary dedication to community service and unwavering commitment to social change has led her to serve in Human Rights Advocacy, Empowering African Youth, Women empowerment, Pan-Africanism, Active Citizenship and Human Dignity prior to joining USDI.

Grace earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and Diaspora Humanitarian Training.
