Hassan Ares Yarrow is USDI’s board Secretary. In liaison with the Executive Director, he is responsible in ensuring that the ED maintains and keeps accurate and up-to-date records of board meetings. They together play a crucial role in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes, thereby contributing to transparent decision-making processes.

Hassan has a great wealth of experience in the field of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) having worked for nine years at FaIDA Kenya, where he held various positions. His extensive background in NGO work equips him with a deep understanding of the sector's intricacies, allowing him to bring valuable insights to the USDI board.
